The Board and staff of Macquarie Football welcomes everyone to the 2010 season, We will keep this website up to date with current news and information for clubs and members we hope all teams have an enjoyable season wishing you the best of luck for 2010.

Wet Weather Numbers 
In the event of wet weather clubs will inform the association as per the guidlines. All information will be collated and placed on the wet weather telephone Number as follows after 7:30 am.
For all games in the Macquarie District please call PH 1900 920 223 (AFTER 7:30am)


Duty Officer Requirements
All clubs are required to have a duty officer click on the vest to view the requirements and a list of key responsibilities that the Duty officers are required to perform.
C Coach & Manager ID
All clubs in our zone should have obtained Coach and Manager ID cards form Macquarie Football . These ID cards are to be worn at games please ensure your coaches and managers wear them while in the bench and technical area. Not wearing these tags may result in you being asked to leave the field by officials. Reminder only (3) three persons the coach, manager, asistant coach and players actually signed on the team sheet are permitted to be on the bench and technical area, no one else is permitted to be in any of these areas.

Information for Clubs Final Series Matches 2010 Info and requirements
All clubs are requested to inform teams that are involved in the final series of the requirements for 2010. The requirements have been handed to you club delegates and are also contained in the Library section of this website. Please also be aware of the Washout regulations in regard to the final series .

Information for Clubs BILL DOUGLAS AWARD 2010
This Award is now in its fifth year of presentation; it is presented by Macquarie Football to a person who meets the specified criteria for long-standing andpositive service to Football in the Macquarie Zone. The Award is named in memory of the late and long-serving Director of Macquarie Football Limitedand its predecessors Macquarie District Soccer Association Limited and Macquarie Amateur Soccer Association, Bill Douglas – a man who contributed greatly to the development of Football in the Macquarie Zone and beyond.
Clubs are invited to submit an application on behalf of any person within or beyond the Club who has made a significant contribution to our game over a lengthy period of time and who meets the set criteria. The nomination form must be fully completed and must be accompanied by a further one A4 page of information detailing the accomplishments of the nominee.
Nominations need to be submitted no later than Monday 30 August 2010; no late nominations will be considered. Clubs are urged to put forward the nomination of any person that the Club feels is worthy of receiving such an Award.
Clubs are welcome to re-nominateany previous nominees who were unsuccessful. The 2010 Bill Douglas Award will be presented at the MFL PresentationNight on Saturday 25 September 2010 at Club Macquarie.

The Good sports program as been adopted by some clubs in our zone. The program is an initative of the Australian Drug Foundation(ADF) to develop safer and healthier communities.The program helps sporting clubs manage alcohol problems and underage drinking and drug abuse as well as healthier eating and canteen choices. click the logo for more information.
